Typical Uses
Anode for lithium-ion half cells and full cells
Benchmarking electrolytes, binders and cell hardware
Teaching and method development in battery laboratories
Notes
Electrode calendering should be performed according to the recommended compaction density.
Areal loading should be determined based on actual weighing results.
Before transfer into a glove box, the electrodes should be vacuum dried at 105 °C for 4 hours.
Since the electrodes are single-side-coated, calendering may cause curling issues. Batch-to-batch variation within normal tolerance.
