Environmental TriCell™
Electrochemical cell to be used with SKP, LEIS, SVET and SDC
Electrochemical cell to be used with SKP, LEIS, SVET and SDC
The Environmental TriCell™ incorporates an extremely flexible sample accommodation platform, designed to take as wide a range of sample configurations as possible to meet the needs of the end user. The design of the Environmental TriCell™ system means it can be used with Scanning Kelvin Probe (SKP), Localized Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (LEIS), Scanning Vibrating Electrode Technique (SVET), and Scanning Droplet Cell (SDC) measurements, on BioLogic’s modular M470 scanning electrochemical workstation.
The various configurations of the Environmental TriCell™ will allow users to change samples without moving the scanning head and reduce the volume of electrolyte required for scanning probe electrochemistry experiments. The base plate levelers incorporated into the design of the TriCell mean sample levelling can be performed to achieve the strongest signal throughout the scanning probe electrochemistry experiment. The clear glass body of the cell allows users to view the probe and sample with the VCAM3 long working distance video microscope system to aid in relative positioning during experiment setup. The Environmental TriCell™ system has four inlet/outlet purge ports and an optional rubber gaiter cover seal making it ideal for controlled atmosphere or liquid flow in scanning probe electrochemistry experiments.
The Environmental TriCell™ is ideal for use in corrosion and coatings studies of various samples.
